Introduction of Tungsten Carbide Plate (Cemented Carbide Sheets)

Tungsten carbide-cobalt alloy (cemented carbide) sheets are high-performance materials manufactured via powder metallurgy, using tungsten carbide (WC) as the hard phase and cobalt (Co) as the binder. Their unique microstructure endows them with extreme hardness, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance, making them indispensable key materials in modern industries such as manufacturing, chemical engineering, and healthcare.
2. Mixing & Compacting: Raw materials are wet-milled, dried, granulated, and then compacted under high pressure, achieving a green compact density of over 85% of the theoretical value.
1. Ultra-High Hardness & Wear Resistance: Hardness reaches HRA 89-93 (equivalent to HRC 69-81), with wear resistance over 10 times that of high-speed steel, capable of enduring high-load cutting and friction for extended periods.
2. High Strength & Impact Resistance: Flexural strength ranges from 2000-3500 MPa. Higher cobalt content improves toughness, making it suitable for complex stress environments.
3. High-Temperature & Chemical Stability: Maintains stable hardness at 500°C, resists acid/alkali corrosion, and shows excellent oxidation resistance, ideal for chemical equipment and high-temperature molds.
4. Low Thermal Expansion & High Thermal Conductivity: Thermal expansion coefficient is only 1/3 that of steel, with thermal conductivity close to metals, suitable for precision instruments and heat dissipation components.

- Blanking Dies: For high-speed blanking of thin sheets (copper, aluminum, stainless steel), with a service life dozens of times longer than traditional die steel.
- Progressive Dies: For precision stamping of electronic components (e.g., LED lead frames, silicon steel sheets), ensuring dimensional accuracy and mass production efficiency.
