Introduction of Tungsten Alloy Brick

Tungsten alloy brick is a regular shape product, just like square, rectangle and other regular shapes.

Nickel, titanium and lead are also square. The reasons why we choose tungsten alloy instead of other products are as follows. Tungsten alloy has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and high density of 16g/cm3 to 18.5g/cm3, which is much higher than nickel, titanium and lead. Tungsten alloys also have good mechanical strength, small thermal conductivity, expansion coefficient and large elastic coefficient.

Small size but high density (usually 17.0 g/cm 3~18.5 g/cm 3), high melting point, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, high ultimate tensile strength, good ductility, low vapor pressure, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, easy processing, corrosion resistance, good shock resistance, high radiation absorption capacity, excellent impact resistance and crack resistance, and non-toxic environmental protection, it is consistent with international environmental protection standards. In view of the high specific gravity alloy has the above excellent function, it is widely used in aerospace, aviation, oil drilling, electrical instrumentation, medical and other industries.

Application of Tungsten Alloy Brick 

It can be used in the military to preform fragments and make parts. It also can be used as counterweight parts such as speedboat counterweight parts, vehicle configuration parts, aircraft counterweight parts, helicopter counterweight parts, ship counterweight parts and tank counterweight parts. Especially due to the radiation absorption capacity, tungsten alloy cubes are now widely made into components used in the medical field, such as radiation shielding walls, CT etc.
